Chris Pattison, the author of this blog, is an English photographer and writer from the North East.
His images have been displayed as part of the Connected exhibition at Patchings Art Centre and Landscape Photographer of the Year exhibition at the National Theatre.
He has given up on the self-defeating exercise of aligning himself with photographic genres and takes photographs and makes images of anything he finds interesting, using film and digital cameras. These enquiries and experiments sometimes lead to projects.
For some inexplicable reason he keeps deleting the websites he took a long time to build, and so now you can only see his images on Instagram, the places mentioned in Publications and of course, this blog.
Talking of this blog, it will be ‘active’ from 25th March 2018 until Sunday 28th October when the clocks go back again and British Summer Time ends. Then I will have some decisions to make.
